Making my Shop well known

Hi,

I'm really curious how all of you got their shop known, I am having a little bit of a struggle with it. I am making new pieces for my shop so I'm sure that at Christmas time I have a lot of products in my shop but I really want some more tips on how to get more orders and views, and if anyone wants to help I will be very happy :)

Hi,
Participate in lots of teams that fav each others items daily. Make some treasuries to give other people exposure and they will most likely reciprocate. Try some teams that do BNS or BNR (buy and stay or buy and replace). It will get you sales and guaranteed feedback. It is almost like trading and you usually break even.

Also, add more items to your shop.
Did you improve on your temporary tattoos after receiving a one star feedback?

The one star was because the person didn't know how to use them, the problem is that I don't have money to make instruction papers so I now write it by my own on little pieces...

Could you explain me about the buy and stay and buy and replace thing please?

P.S.
I would at least respond to the one star rating, explaining what happened. That way when people read your feedback, they will know what happened.

I'm not able to I don't know why, I went to shop settings and to Shop Reviews and there is no button or nothing that says I can reply, only contact

I guess they took that option away.

Is there an option to retract a review? Perhaps you can work with the shop on removing the review entirely.
