Christmas Stocking price advice

In the last 30 days alone, seven people have favorited this stocking in my shop:

... but no one has purchased it yet.

Now, I realize that it's only October and people probably aren't thinking just yet about Christmas shopping, but the thing is... it's October and it's coming on time TO think about it.

I'd like some pricing advice on this and the other stockings in my shop. Are prices too high, too low, just right? Should I change anything in the description or pictures?

Hi Mary, it is a bit difficult for me in the Uk to advise on your prices but I feel that all of the other items in your shop apart from the socks are a really good price, yet there seems to be quite a big jump in the price of the stockings. Do they take a lot more time/yarn than say cocoons? I think with the way people are struggling at the moment all round the world, to buy luxury items now for Christmas may not be a priority. Could you perhaps do an offer where you get a 2nd one at a discount if bought at the same time?

Please could you check my prices only for the completed outfits as I have been told I am not charging enough for the work and time put into them. You may have a better idea knowing how long things take to make etc.

Hi Monica.

The stockings do take much more time and yarn to knit than the baby cocoons, which take only a couple of days, whether they're made by hand or a knitting machine. The stockings take about a week to knit. And it a customer wants one personalized, that's another day.

As for the outfits you sell - they're darling! How much time does go into them? I haven't made anything like that, so I'm not certain. And I see the prices in US dollars, so that's more uncertain for me.
