I'm getting my first chickens :)

Friday May 18 2012 I am getting two backyard chickens YAY!!!!!! to go with the chick my Muscovy duck is going to hatch out for us.Yes my Muscovy DUCK is sitting on a chicken egg : ) I am so excited!!!! I can't wait to see the little one hatch and meet it's new room mates : )

That's awesome! I was accidentally sent 2 roos with my order of 12 hens and am toying with the idea of either incubating some eggs or letting the broody ones sit. Let us know how it goes! Wishing you the best!!

That's awesome. i've heard of broody hens sitting on rocks. chickens are addictive i started with 8 and now i have almost 60! watch, you will want more lol
