What exactly do you use the resin for? Because I know of a place that sells epoxy resin circles, etc. already cured and backed with adhesive.

I like Gossy Accents by Inkssentials. I've used it over washi paper and printed images to give the item a thick clear coat. I've used it to coat pictures in little frame/bezel settings, but had to paint on a thin layer, then after it dried, a thicker layer because when I did a thick layer all at once, it made the ink bleed.

I agree with alia b . I use glossy acsent alot, also I use clear embossing powder applied before bakeing. it smothes out nicely and seals everything in . I have a basic tutorial on useing embossing powder for an enamel like effect on my blog

hope it helps
