I'm looking into buying a convection toaster oven for my clay work. I want to get into sculptures so I need something with a good amount of room. And since it's a convention oven, the coils at the bottom won't burn work to close to the bottom. (Am I right? Is that how it works?)
I'm curious about what ovens you use? Have you had good luck with them?
