Heya LunchCraft! Twitter is fun- think of it like a cool neighborhood bar where you're sometimes talking to your friends, sometimes the next person over chimes in with a great comment. :)
you know I had panic attacks when I first joined but it's not all that hard. I've started on Monday and still figuring it out but you definitely reach more people with twitter.
Twitter is so much fun! I swear by the TweetDeck application- you can organize the people you follow so that their tweets show up in separate columns. So you could make one for Etsy sellers, one for personal friends, one for celebrities that you follow, one for brands or websites that you like... whatever makes it easiest to sort out all of the tweets that will soon fill your feed faster than you can read. :)
@LCWaterworth: Once you have 25 "Likes" you can secure a short URL...yes it's annoying but better than the old system where you needed 1000 FB likes to choose an URL. Yikes! I Liked everyone who's posted since I last posted my info
