I think your items have a very high quality appearance. As someone who works in polymer clay AND beading, I'm very impressed with your technique.
There were a few sets that really caught my eye, but I baulked at the price (this may be because I'm a self confessed cheapskate!)
This set is an example... I ADORE the colours, pattern, and the overall high quality handmade look (not easy to achieve, so props to you for that)...

If I were to make a necklace using these (and other beads I already have), I'd need to charge at least $50 for the necklace to make a profit for the materials (more if I wanted to give myself a decent hourly wage).
Admittedly, I'm not experienced in cane work, so I can't judge how much time it takes to produce the beads. I realise you need to ensure you make a profit as well!
I suggest taking a look at the prices of similar items from other shops.
A quick search on Etsy and I came up with a few:
