How to get rid of the polymer clay smell after baking

I just started in polymer clay-which is a great experience and would try more
-and I noticed my well-baked pieces have a strong smell after making.
I bake my pieces in a baking pan covered with tin foil to avoid smell in my oven. The problem with oven smell was solved but all my baked piece smell strongly of its plastic smell. It' not awful bu still bad. I tried leave it out for few days but it still smells. Is there any way I can get rid of the smell?

I've read articles that suggest you do not bake clay in the same oven you cook food in, the fumes aren't good for you. You might want to do a little research. I myself use a toaster oven (scored it for $30).

HI! Just take a soap water and clean your oven very well. And leave it open.
Personally I agree with Kit : try to find some small toaster oven (my first one was from thrift shop and cost 4$). I also know that some artists bake they are creations in cooking bag. Hope that will help you.
