Welcome! I'm pretty new here too. I just opened my shop about a week ago!
Now for your shop critique, I defiantly think you should change your profile picture. Maybe change it too a photo of one of your items or use a character (like I did) so when people see that character they will know it's you. I also highly recommend adding a banner. It adds a lot of color and it makes your shop look more professional. Since my avatar is a little bear with pink poka dots in the back, I did that for my banner so it mixes well.
You should also add a lot more items so buyers have more of a selection to choose from!
Your shop defiantly needs some work but I'm sure you'll get there!
