Break it up!

Hi everyone! As we all know, the purpose of an Etsy team forum is to spam it with your new creations (*sarcasm*). But in all seriousness, can we at least break it up? How about one post for Oct 2013, then a new one for Nov 2013. Or you can even do one for food, one for animals. Surely I'm not the only person tired of seeing one giant post floating at the top with 500+ pages that you need to sort through. This is an issue in every Etsy team I'm on, I'm not pointing fingers at anyone. It would be so much easier to find cool new shops if there were smaller posts and categories. When you get gigantic posts the only people that benefit are the ones lucky enough to post on the first page because everyone sees them.

Just throwing my opinion out there.

PS it would be great to see some question and tips posts once in a while. :)

I would love to see more conversations on here, or category promotions, and not just 50 "List your new items" threads as well.
I agree that it seems to be a problem on a lot of teams.

I totally agree! It's also sad that any post that is NOT an "add new items" or "favorite the one above you", just gets ignored and sent to the bottom. :( It bums me out that I don't really benefit from the forums. Hopefully there will be a change eventually.

And yes, this is almost every team I'm on. :(

This team used to be a great resource to me, but just recently, within the last two or three months, it has turned into all promo, all the time, and now I barely visit.

Our team admins don't come around much, but I wonder if they'd be willing to police the threads a little more?

Goodness -- I also just realized that the team captain that I knew, Shauna, is no longer the captain! When did that happen?
