I get a couple of custom requests a month from customers wanting me to create a product that is not in my area of expertise. I would love to be able to refer these customers to team members who specialize in specific types of sculptures.
I propose that we use this thread as a site to post custom requests that team members can use.
A team member posts a custom request and indicates the type of specialty or sculpture that is needed. Team members should try to check this thread periodically to see if there is a referral that they think they may be able to complete.
When a team member sees a referral that they would like to attempt, they should contact the listing team member directly. The listing team member can then forward the contact information to the customer. I would not have team members contact the the customer before an introduction is made by the listing team member.
