My name is Melody Camacho. I run Simply Schnauzers Auction site on facebook; the site is set up to hold auctions for Schnauzer rescues in need we have held some very secessful auctions.
The reason for my letter is...We have 2 auctions to be held 11/23-11/30 for New Jersey Schnauzer Rescue Network, since the storm they have had to refoster 12 schnauzers, the ongoing medical cost has been hard on this rescue; also, due to the storm they are having a hard time getting donations for their auction.
The next auction is for Arizona Schnauzer Rescue dated for 12/7-12/14 this rescues is in need also for donation for some very needed surgerys for 3 of their Schnauzers. One of the surgeries is going to cost $5000.00...Capri is an 8 month old Schnoodle that is the sweetest baby! Her owners wanted to euthanize her rather than give her eyedrops every day to cure an eye condition. The vet refused, contacted ASR rescue and here she is! While they are giving her her eyedrops, we are raising money for the surgery that will correct this condition. Capri's eye do not make tears, so the surgery will take one of her salivary glands and attach it to one of the open ducts in her eye. The surgery by a veterinary eye specialist will be around.
I was hoping I could ask for a donation for both these rescues so we can help raise fund for their Schnauzers in need, anything help no item is to big or to small.
