so I just got my first complaint about an order. My customer ordered a medium and large hoodie in the colors white. I shipped those out to her and she is saying that she ordered them in a light blue. I took a screenshot of her order and sent it to her explaining that she did order a white hoodie. My company does not offer refunds or cancellations unless the wrong order was sent. Am I doing anything wrong on my end? How do I make her satisfied? And any other tips to make an unhappy customer happy?
