Popular Planner Shops Shut Down

Etsy prohibits you from redirecting traffic to a stand alone site. Can someone help me with a screen shot of where that is in the policies? I know I read it years ago but can't find it to show other colleages. 3 very popular shops were closed today because of this. Thanks
