You have to have a Pinterest Account so set one up if you don’t have one and post url in the Follow Members Pinterest thread
1. Make your boards using broad categories like candles, polymer clay sculptures, handmade jewelry, crochet and knitting etc.
2. Post your shops items to your main Pinterest boards and any category board appropriate. Else you have no pins for others to repin
3. Post your Pinterest url in the Follow Members Pinterest thread so your team mates can follow your board and I can add you to group boards.
4. Follow your group mates on Pinterest so they will follow you
To do this just click their url posted above yours it will take you to their Pinterest, click the big follow button. IF they have several board follow all of them.
5.Post a item you want pinned to the “list one item you want pinned” thread and Pin your group mate pinnings/ listings to group boards which will show up as choices when I add you to the group board (must list Pinterest url in Follow Memebers Pinterest for me to add you)and to your boards so they will do the same. Right now pin everyone aboce you but as we get bigger we will limit it by the thread to a reasonable number.
6. Remember it works best if you repin from Pinterest itself so post your items Pinterest url not the shop url though if you do that please everyone still pin.
7. If you are on another group board great! what you post on Pinterest will show up there too.
Follow as many of groups Pinterest boards as possible which right now should be all of them but if the group get larger then the 5 above you. To do this go post your Pinterest url in the Follow thread. To follow just click on the url and click follow button at top. Many members may have more than one board. Follow all of them. The person coming after you will reciprocate.
Make 10 or so board on your Pinterest in broad categories like jewelry, crochet and knitting, woodwork, digital, handmade bags, polymer clay sculptures, Doll art, paintings and photos, and whatever else you want. This will help you have an appropriate board to pin members things to on your Pinterest. Post on the group board and on your own for more exposure.
Let's keep this to Pinterest promotion only. There are lots of fave shop and item groups out there already.
Once you do this its pretty much on auto pilot except for taking time to list new pins and follow new members. 5-10 minutes a week.
