Re: The Help Thread

Hi!
I'd like to ask, with who do you ship when sending physical items abroad. Phil post? or others? Do you register your package? Any countries you've had troubles with? Any feedback will be great:)

Re: The Help Thread

Not in the position to answer this one, as I only sell digital items, so anything bought on my store is delivered through email :)

Any help from the other team members? ;)

Re: The Help Thread

Hi, I use Xend Express, average cost P250. They ship 15 days to any country. Well, you can ask their messengers for any info. :) www.xend.com.ph

For rush orders, I use DHL (3x5 days, signed for), mas mura kesa sa Fedex when I asked the rates. But you should ask your client if they are willing to shoulder the cost. Usually USD 30-50 shipping fee.

Re: The Help Thread

I use Phil post registered airmail. Takes around 10-15 days to the US, up to 20 days to Europe.

I never send packages without tracking. If they get lost, you are responsible for it, not the buyer. I think it also helps the buyer feel at ease when purchasing from you. So far, I haven't had any problems with shipping.

I'm in Cebu so I can't use XEND but I've heard great things and I think their prices are reasonable.

I found that Fedex is cheaper when sending things to the US. I'm not sure with other countries.

I have a jpg of the PO airmail rates.. If you're interested, I can send you a copy. Last time I checked, it was no longer on the site.

Re: The Help Thread

Same here I send via registered mail because we don't have XEND here in Cebu. Nice thing is we would already be able to Track registered mail packets sent via Philpost. Just use this website www.phlpost.gov.ph. :) Hope XEND would serve Cebu in the future. :) @ RIZZI What post office branch do you send your items here in Cebu? :)
