Friction when turning die table

I also have a buttonmaker maintenance question! I use a Tecre machine as well, and my older one (3 years) might need some oiling up. I can feel a lot of friction when I'm rotating the die table. The only issue, is what kind of oil do I use and where should I apply it?

Re: Friction when turning die table

I believe you would use Lithium Grease between the base and the the part that holds the die. If you want to make sure you are doing it right then just call up Tecre and ask for Brian - he's the machine maintenance guru!
