The one way you might be able to do that is to make your Etsy shop with this information that should show for both your Etsy and Pattern. If you do not want to sell on Etsy and only pattern, create one Etsy listing for something like a high priced custom item with a large profit margin. Even if the high priced item sells, you would have a nice profit margin included. Set it to auto renew which will cost you 20 cents every 4 months.
On the Etsy site with one item, make sure to fill out all your polices, etc... and it will carry over to your pattern shop 🙂
