For some reason, the custom email address I set up for my Pattern site is not forwarding email to my regular email account. Any ideas why? I have not messed with the DNS settings, just set up the forwarding email.
I didn't purchase my domain via Pattern, so I didn't go through this step.
I found this Help, which I'm guessing you're already looking at:

It sounds like you shouldn't need to add an MX record.
I'm out of my element here. Hopefully, someone else has some insights.
I'm having this same issue, but haven't been able to find a solution yet.
Etsy advised me that they're aware of the issue and they're working on it, but they have no idea when it will be fixed, no plan for updating their users and no intention of discounting their fees while it's broken. I guess I should expect this type of thing by now.
