Unable to Edit "About" Menu Name or Add Additional Page on Pattern

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble customizing the "About" menu on my Pattern site (aigalleryartstudio.com). When I click the gear icon next to "About," the only available options are Hide or Delete—there’s no option to edit the menu name or add another page.

Is this the expected behavior, or is there a way to request an additional FAQ menu for my Pattern domain? I'd appreciate any insights or workarounds from fellow Pattern users.

To answer your question, Pattern transfers the "About" section from your Etsy dashboard which is why you only see the options on the Pattern Website editor as hide or delete. If you want to edit your "About" section, you need to do it on your Etsy dashboard, not the Pattern one. Confusing, I know. They transfer everything on your main Etsy account over to the Pattern site.

I don't remember how I added pages as I have been on Pattern for so long, but I was able to add my Events and a Gallery. On the Etsy Dashboard, not the Pattern website editor, I was able to add my FAQs on my Policies section. It appears here for reference: https://stufforama.patternbyetsy.com/policy

I have a problem displaying on the baskets of my pattern shop www.unstyleretro.com for several weeks . The price displayed next to the item is not correct. But the final price is correct fortunately . But nevertheless, I think this may discourage purchase .

Me, in the place of a buyer, it would not put me in confidence . Even if the error is only on the price shown next to the item and not on the total price
I had an exchange by phone and email with an etsy advisor . They told that this malfunction has been present since the last update. But it has not yet been corrected.

They paid me back my last payment for my pattern subscription. And that’s it...
Are there other people involved?

To answer your question, it appears you are running a sale currently on your items? When I place the items in the cart the original price is shown first as a positive number, then the discount underneath as a negative number. For example, you are selling an item for $28.24 USD on sale at $25.41 USD. When I place that item in the cart it shows the regular price of $28.24, underneath is the discount of -$2.82, making the subtotal $25.41. That is what I'm seeing right now as I type this. Maybe they fixed the error?
