SSL Certificate Pattern

To Whom It May Concern,

I have started to use a lovely Pattern but it says on my browser that my web site is not secure due to lack of SSL certificate.

I have bought my domain from Etsy.

On the description of Pattern, it was saying that it includes an SSL certificate.

Need kind help,

I have a nonSecure Etsy domain/Pattern site too.  I’ve been trying to get help from Etsy & Pattern for over a week now and simply cannot get a response!!!  My “Not Secure” site is here

All the comments here say “Ask Etsy for Help” with SSL....my question is how and where to even ask—-because seriously, there is NO ONE HOME!!!

So sorry, WillOaksStudio, for the stress you are having.  I hate to be repetitive, but, yes, Etsy has to fix this.  I went to the Help Center on the site, clicked on the Pattern section, then I clicked on the contact support area and sent a message that way.  There is a note on the site saying  "Response time for Etsy Support is currently longer than usual. We’re here to help you and are answering queries in the order that they are received. We appreciate your patience."  It only took a day to have mine fixed, but it must be a busy time for Etsy support.  Hang in there.

How are you contacting them?  I hear chat is the best way to go, though I don't know that from experience.  I have experienced sending in an issue and getting no response, even though I made sure to reply to the initial email.
