Pattern Site Is Down

My Pattern site is down. I contacted Pattern Support  via live chat yesterday and they told me "rest assured it will be looked into".  As of today it is still down. Every month I hold a different genre sale and need to update my inventory for the sale. All sales are advertised a month ahead of time.  Hence my sense of urgency in this matter. I've noticed when I email an issue to Pattern they close my emails with "issue resolved" without even addressing the issue causing me to open another email issue which also get closed and I end up not getting the issue resolved or just giving up.  I really need my  Pattern website running. Doesn't  Etsy have managers who monitor and audit their support staff to make sure they are doing their job? I know with the pandemic things are slower and they may be short staffed, but I really need my Pattern site up and running so I can update it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

mine's down too. I wouldn't have realized if you hadn't posted....CORRECTION....it's not down, I missed a letter when I typed it into google...hope you get it back soon.

Could it be whoever you host your domain name with? Because Etsy's pattern site is redirected to the hosting domain. My domain is through namesilo.com, pattern site is pointed to that domain.

Thanks for your response. We are not sure what it going on. Site is still down.  Our Pattern site is through Etsy. We are not sure who the hosting domain is.  It may be through tucows.com, we are not sure.

I just tried to take a look. It does bring you to Etsy, which would suggest more of an Etsy issue.  Have you changed anything recently?  I'd go look at your Domain setup.  See if anything pops out there.  I can find your website in google, so clearly you were set up correctly initially.  But now I'm wondering if your domain somehow got disconnected?  But your patternbyetsy link doesn't work, either.

I am obviously guessing, as it seems weird.  🙂  

I know Etsy support used to have their emails set up where you had to actually respond to the initial email or they'd just close your ticket.  Is that what's happening to you?  Sadly, Etsy support is notoriously bad, especially when it comes to Pattern.

Thank you for your response. Etsy store is running, Pattern is still down. Contacted support 3 days ago, still no response. Tried calling the Registration Service Provider at Etsy just got a recording, no actual person and you can't leave a message. Thanks for the info about the patternbyetsy link I'm going to try to help again and suggest that.  A few times in the past they just closed the ticket without addressing the issue. I don't know if they have metrics to meet and just close the ticket to hit their quota but I end up resending the request until I get frustrated for wasting so much time and giving up. Thanks again for your help. I appreciate it.

Thank you for the update.  Out of curiosity, was it something on Etsy's end?  Any tidbits you can pass along to others who might find themselves in this situation?

Hi all. I just purchased the Pattern by Etsy website, along with 2 domains. Neither of them are coming up, and all anyone has told me they're seeing is "website can't be found/located/reached." Does it take a while before everything is up and running once you've purchased? As in, days to build the site? Or should it be instant? Thanks so much for any help/advice in advance! 🙂

I tried going to your Pattern site via the default Pattern site name:
YourEtsyShopName.patternbyetsy.com

That tried to forward me to https://www.quietcreeksoapco.store/, but that's giving an error about it not being secure.  That can take a day or two to resolve, as is noted here:
