Pattern Banner Photo

Hello,

I am so frustrated because I am having problems with Pattern and still waiting for someone to fix it.  I can't change the banner photo on the pattern site, every time when I try to change and publish a new photo the old photo is there.  

1.  The publish button is not working.

2. If I try to change the photos in my gallery I can't publish them.

3. When I forward one of my URLs to the pattern site you get a not secure message.  This has been happening for months.

Etsy needs to have people available whom you can speak to and solve these issues.  They don't have a problem with collecting your money but don't have someone available to fix these issues in a timely fashion.  Does anyone know if these are bugs?  I'm really considering going to a different platform.  If anyone knows of a reliable platform I would be grateful for the information.

I do wish they would spend more time and effort on Pattern. I have no idea how to address your issue though, so sorry! Have you emailed or messaged Etsy?

Yes, I was told Etsy doesn't handle Pattern and to open a claim for them to look into it.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm only just beginning to play around with Pattern, but it seems so clunky and buggy I'm worried about using it.

I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to be working for others.
