No Pattern Box under Sales Channel

Can someone tell me what's going on with Etsy.  I've decide to jump in and open a Pattern shop.  I've printed out the instructions and I'm at a loss because I don't have a Pattern Box under Sales Channels.  When I go to Add A Listing - still nothing.  All I see under the Sales Channels heading is my active Etsy shop; P Want Your Own Website - learn more about Pattern; Sell in person.  I tried the "want your own website" but there's neither no way to remove all items imported from my active Etsy shop nor a way to make a Pattern Only listing. I don’t want any of the products that are in my active Etsy shop.   Is this only my Etsy shop or am I missing something.  Thanks

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question. If you have signed up for Pattern, you should be able to add inventory via the "Etsy Shop Manager" under "Listings" just like you normally would using Etsy. When you click "Add A Listing" the first question you should see is "Channel Settings" and there are two boxes in which you choose whether you want them as Etsy only, Pattern only, or click Both boxes for both platforms. If those do not appear there might be some issue with your purchase of Pattern and you should contact Etsy Pattern Support https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling

How long ago did you sign up for Pattern?  Even if you have no listings for Pattern, you should be able to see it under the Sales Channels so you can start to setup the site.

As @stufforama pointed out, there are check boxes at the tops of listings.  Do you see Pattern there?

If these aren't working, it sounds like you don't have Pattern.  I forget if there is typically a waiting period after you order it?  Like if it takes a couple of days after you purchase to have access?  I agree that if you still aren't seeing these things, you should contact Etsy for help.
