All the items that were in my Etsy shop upon creation of my new Pattern website are listed on the Pattern website, but anything I have added in the shop since then does not sync up and get added to the Pattern website. Etsy "support" seems non-existent. Anyone else have similar issues (hopefully resolved)??
When you are creating/editing a listing, at the top, it says "Channel Settings" and then there are 2 boxes: Etsy and Pattern. Be sure you are checking Pattern, too, when creating a new listing.

OK, I was wrong... "Channel Settings" only appears in the "Add a New Listing", which is fine for anything other than my print-on-demand items (which is most of them)- everything I've added since launching the website.
I just checked a listing that I published yesterday in my Etsy store and it is appearing in my Pattern store also. I've noticed that whenever I create a new listing in Etsy, both the Etsy and Pattern boxes under Channel Settings are automatically checked - but the same may not be happening in your case, and funkydreamsmosaics suggestion is relevant and important.
The only items showing up in my pattern site are what were live in my Esty shop the day I created the website- that was 5 days ago now. It's still the same, except the "Featured Items" list has updated according to the change I made a couple days ago.
