No, I wish it was.
Pattern's terms of service are more relaxed than Etsy's, though. I'm not positive, but I think you're allowed to list things that aren't for sale. Which means you can list them, but make it clear that they aren't actually for sale. (Make them outrageously priced, put a variation in that says NOT FOR SALE, something like that.)
If you're just wanting people to be able to see some of your work, that might work? But it's been a while since I've read Pattern's TOS, so you probably want to double check there.
