I've got my first Pattern website order!

Funky.....I read everything on the Etsy forum that I could find regarding Pattern, and I read all of the past threads of this team before I made the decision to try Pattern.  As you well know, the forum is full of negativity regarding Pattern.  So very nice to find an encouraging place to go when you need help regarding Pattern.  Pattern fits my needs right now, and I am grateful for it.  So again, thank you, for the team.  Who else would celebrate my first Pattern sale with me?

Whoooo hoooo! Congrats! I got mine a few weeks ago... I didn't even realize it cuz it just crept right in between some others. What I like about a Pattern site is how seriously little I have to do if I'm busy. Since I'm working alone, I just don't have time to do everything some days, but I still personally feel the need to keep a dot com for branding and independent sales. This is a very positive place as well!

Congrats on the first orders! Now that you have a pattern site, if you want to promote your own domain, via Pinterest or Facebook or Instagram, you'll be driving all that traffic to your site, which will have lower fees. It does feel good to get Pattern sales!

YAY! Congrats! I love pattern and love that I can send people to my own website (even though it's Pattern) and maintain ONE inventory with that and my etsy shop!!

@StampDesignGifts, Well, that is a loaded question.

Pattern is a completely different animal than the etsy mall and you have to treat it as such.  Read thru this thread and any others that you can find on pattern as well as etsy's little book.  Get yourself acquainted with the ins and outs.  Just do not expect immediate results, because you will definitely be disappointed.
