Getting an error stating connection is not secure just today.

Hi,

I have an older pattern shop that does not point to Etsy the $15 a month version. As of today, anyone going to my shop gets blocked stating that it is not secure.

In a past forum, some one said do this, but its already set to this (See attached) : And specifically, the two DNS addresses you'll need to check:

First, edit your A record information for your root domain.

Set up one A record that points to 130.211.40.170.

Next, edit your CNAME records for your subdomain.

Set up a CNAME record (www.) that points to your Etsy-hosted domain, which is patternbyetsy.com.

======

Not sure what else to do

There's a different Pattern?  I did not know that!

From what I've read in recent posts, if you are getting a "not secure" error, you need to contact Etsy Support directly as they need to update your certificate.

Just adding that I went to your shop in both Firefox and ME and it shows as secure and comes up without issue.

Thanks,  they fixed it this morning.  Etsy was really fast about it.  I wrote to them late last night and woke up to it working 🙂  Yay 🙂
