Domain purchased but getting error msg

I've had this new Pattern domain for about a week. The help files state it takes 24-48 hrs for it to go live. Still waiting. Any idea what I can do or who I can ask.  Here's the msg: This site can't be reached. Check if there is a typo is www.bluemoonbracelets.com - DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN  -

Did you purchase it through Pattern or did you purchase your domain from another site and are redirecting it to your Pattern site?
