Thanks for the answers to my last question. I was testing my Pattern site and realized it is charging shipping in the cart on my Pattern site and I never realized this, even though I have free shipping on my Etsy site and the listings say free shipping. Once someone adds it to the cart in Pattern, it is charging shipping. Not sure what I need to do to fix it as I can't figure it out. Thanks!
Edit to add: If anyone is having this problem, the only solution I found was to change all my listings to fixed price shipping free and not calculated shipping free. It was fine set for that on my Etsy site, but wouldn't transfer over to Pattern. I just bulk changed all my listings to fixed free and that did it.
You might want to reach out to Etsy via the chat and let them know what is happening. When I have issues I usually am transferred to a tech who has be replicate the issue so he can fix it.
I just asked about this same thing in one of the forums. They also took away the ability to create a Sale that offers free shipping when a specific amount is spent because they want you to use the free shipping guarantee. I used the sale version to keep my Pattern free shipping available.
