Looking at some of the sites I see Banners. I am on the Swatch site and I added a logo. Above the logo is a box which I assume has to have my shop name in it VillageArtAndFrame or is that the box where you would add a banner? I looked at Mosaic and Trellis also but just see a place for 1 added picture (which in my case would be the logo) and another box which has the shop name in it.
I'm not sure about the boxes, But when I look at my shop in 'website editor' I do see where I have 2 boxes and have put my shop name in the smaller box and my Banner in the larger, {I'm using 'Themes'}.
