Good morning Paradise! Summer thread is a great idea, It is such a busy time,
Ruth I love your new hair! Best of luck on your upcoming sale!
The next 2 weeks will be insane for me so I may not be back till it slows down. Tomorrow night is the first day of a weekly street market in a busy tourist town 3/4 hour drive north from me where they shut down 5 blocks and have 180 vendors and 5+ food trucks. It is packed I have heard. Plus my Friday market which is picking up as more folks are traveling. Saturday I have a Summer Solstice outdoor sale in a town about an hour south, Then next weekend, in addition to the 2 weekly markets, a 2 day Art in the Garden outdoor sale that is very well advertised and attended. So thankful my daughter will be there for all but my Friday market. I couldn't do these others alone. And very glad I purchased a new event tent as it is super easy and fast to set up even alone.
Once two extra sales are done I hope to put some time in on my poor neglected Etsy shop.
Enjoy the season and much sales dust to everyone!!

Hello to all,

I have been working on new pendants for the open air market and may list a couple here.
I got one of the best craft organizer, had my son put it together for me, I think it will work great for all of my beads.well part of them~ lol. Todd put some of the rails in to hold the drawers there is 60 drawers. I put some of the rails in but I must be doing something wrong , the drawer will not go in all the way, so I took them out and will try it in the morning. I have 30 drawers filled up and it will be great to just pull out the drawer and get my beads...

I have this tendency NOT to kill anything. Unless the rabbits get at it, I do pretty well. They did get all the leaves off the new black raspberry bushes, damn them. Mike so wants his raspberries, so we went and bought one more plant, the other two sticks show promise of growing new leaves. Then we surrounded the whole patch in chicken wire, it looks like crap, but we're hoping to protect them at least until the plants get more established.

Dianna, I want to see that organizer! I may want one of those, too!

I have to take three classes this summer... 6 days in June, 8 days in July, and 4 days in July/August. NOT looking forward to taking BART every morning and evening for an hour each, but I have to do it ... to keep my credential.
I think my only fear is missing a class and getting one grade lower because of getting a job interview and having a class at the same time. They have no "courtesy" for that. They will dock you one full grade if you miss a class. No make-ups. I'm very tense about that. Should I care if I get a "B" instead of an "A"? UG. I hate my obsession with good grades. Anyway, I will cross that bridge when I get there. I need to check out Edjoin.org for more job postings.

thanks for the complements on my hair, Kat and Brenda. Right now I am having problems with the colour. I wake up every morning with a blue caste on my forehead and on my hand (I guess I must lie on it or something). Mentioned it to my hairdresser but he is as stumped as I am - it is the same brand of colour we have used previously.... :(

Too much to do around here, that I don't know what to do. This morning I picked up some things and put them on my bed. They are still there or at least most of them are though I did organize them. I got distracted when I saw the dust bunnies on the floor - so had to remedy that problem. ;)

I have jewelry that needs finishing and more that needs to be priced. The show is coming up in a few days and I am unsure of what to take except for my leather bracelets. Those are a current problem not only because I need to finish them off but would rather custom size them to the buyer, but because one that I sold to my hairdresser a few weeks ago has developed a problem (beyond my control). I will have to talk to the supplier about this one as the components were not cheap. :(
