has anyone had a case opened for item not received?
I won the case as I could prove I sent it, however I did reach out to offer a compromise. She had asked for a full refund.
I agreed to send a replacement if buyer paid shipping, which she agreed to. I felt this eas a good compromise as I was also out the original shipping amount plus my time and supplies. Then she didn’t follow through on paying even though I set her up with a listing for just the shipping. Now, a month later, she’s claiming I told her I’d send something and she knows nothing about the agreement. I do have the conversation so I can prove it.
im actually wondering if this happened to anyone else. She started 3 separate conversations about this and I’m feeling like she does this regularly.
I have heard that people do this.
