You can also put tabbed sheets into your binder for each store category section from your store for quick access.

(Track your sales, fees, and net profits. Please do not edit the NET PROFITS TOTALS
or the sheet will mess up. Just let the NET PROFITS tally up automatically for you.
It is so easy to use! Simply type on it in each field for the item that you are selling.)
The 2nd and 3rd Excel Sheet is only for backup in case you mess up the 1st one.
Also be sure to rename your 1st Excel Sheet with the year and your store name such as:
2019-janes-jewelry-shop.xlsx or 2019-my-etsy-listing-sheet.xlsx
I tried my best to make the columns very chronologically in the order of selling an item on Etsy.
🌸ETSY EXCEL SPREADSHEET DETAILS:🌸
Item – Brief description of your item
Pic – Have you taken a picture yet (Y/N pull down menu)
Desc – Have you written up the description yet (Y/N)
Listing# – Is it listed on Etsy? (if yes, list the item#)
Sell Price – What did you sell the item for?
Materials Price – What was the cost for your materials that you used to make your item? You can also use this for your supplier price.
Buyer S&H – The shipping & handling charge that the buyer paid.
Etsy Fees – What were your Etsy selling fees for listing the item?
Etsy Payment Fees – What fees were you charged from PayPal, etc?
My S&H Fees – The actual shipping cost that you paid.
Net – The net amount received for the item after all fees were deducted automatically by spreadsheet.
Status – Unpaid / Paid / Shipped / Unsold / Relisted (drop-down menu)
Date – The date of most recent status of the item.
Payment – The method of payment (PayPal, Google Pay, etc. in drop-down menu)
Tracking# – To put in your tracking number for the package shipped.
Etsy User ID – The buyer's user id name.
Name – The buyer's full name.
Address – The buyer's mailing address.
Email Address – The buyer's email address.
Phone Number – The buyer's phone number.
*Note: The grand totals are at the top and highlighted for quick reference.
