I love your bags! From the pictures you have in your listings which show samples of the instructions it looks to me like your instructions are good with the right amount of detail.
I think people like to have more detail (rather than too little) because I often hear sewers complaining in blogs etc. about patterns which are way "too sketchy" with regards to instructions and details on how to put a project together.
That said, I like to express myself in my instructions as briefly as possible so the pattern file doesn't run to too many pages. A bit of a balancing act!
That's my opinion! Not sure what others think? Good luck with your patterns....
