No matter how bad things might get, or how nasty some people might be, just remember you are fighting an evil that is not easily quenched by any means. Children are put in the middle of such hate and animosity, making it that much more difficult for them to be productive.
This fight may go on a month, or it may go on for years. Just know that you can never give up on yourself or your family. You may have to "let go' of the rope for a while, and that's ok.
Take time to try and unwind from all the madness going on in your head, it would do you some good. We can't hold on to the pain forever, or it will eat us alive. Remember who you are, and where you want to go. Sometimes we have to "update" our directions just to keep our sanity.
