First of all, do you glue your 3D origami?
When I ship my 3D origami, I actually glue them, and wrap with clear packaging wrap, then depend by the size, if it fit the priority mail box, I use it, or use whatever right size shipping box. Your box should be just a little bigger than your origami. Once I put the origami in, I will use package peanut (cost a little more, but protect very well) or crumble magazine page (cheaper, but work okay) to fill up all the empty space....this will prevent the origami move inside the box during shipping.
Last, I will put "fragile" "this side up" and "do not stack" label all around the box.....therefore, shipping carrier can't tell me they don't know it is fragile.
If possible, purchase insurance. if origami get damage, you can claim back from your shipping carrier.....will take very long time, but at least you got some extra protection.
I look into your store, beautiful!!
If you don't glue your origami, shipping will be a big problem.....I try it before, doesn't work very well. If that is the plan, you MUST use package peanut to fill out every tiny little empty space to keep your origami stable in the box, but they will cost a lot on packaging only. And trust me, you will still have problem from your customer, because it go through too many hands, not everyone will care what your "label" said.
Good Luck!!
