Hi team!

It looks like a good handful of you are posting new item or even several items each week!!!

How about the rest of you? are you needing motivation?

One thing that helps me is that I get the daily digest via email. it helps remind me about the challenge and see what others are doing. To get the digest, go to the team page and scroll down- their should be a link called "subscribe to this digest" -easy as pie!

I LOVE seeing development and improvement in your shops over the past 2 months! =)

Personally, I just hit the 100 sales milestone! =) I've had an active shop since July 2010 so I can't quit my day job but it's been a super great fundraiser for the foundation I support (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).

Doing good! I'm working on a set of overnight bags and don't want to list each as they are done in the hopes that someone will want the whole set! Hope upon hope. Also I'm doing a bunch of organizing in my work room to facilitate a better work environment.

Well, I finally made my first sale last month and I was really excited at first but then as soon as I shipped it I started worrying! I kept thinking things like "Will the buyer like it? Is it was she was expecting? Did I leave out any details that might cause negative feedback?" I lost a lot of sleep the night after I shipped it and I was even considering closing my shop figuring that it wasn't worth all the work, headache and high blood pressure. Then I got sick and went on vacation and I didn't see the positive feedback until about 10 days after shipping. I was so excited to read the buyer's comments it has gotten me remotivated. As soon as I start feeling better I will be adding more items to the shop.

I've been doing pretty well. I am trying to move this to something that will bring in real income for my family - as opposed to just a little extra every now and again. January and February were both pretty good months for me. I'm hoping March is the same. :)

I like this challenge a lot. It forces me to always be thinking about what next. I have not come up with what I want for next week yet but I will.

Just made it to 63 items today. I've been trying to perfect a sort of assembly line method which really helps:

*Complete all shopping for materials for new designs within 1-2 days

*Do all cutting for multiple designs at one time

*Sew one item and then list as 2 (When one sells, everything is ready to make the 2nd item. If 2 items are sold, I can make the 2nd item within 3-5 hours and still make shipment within 24 hours. If I ever start selling more frequently, I'll just make both items at once. But for now, this method allows me to offer variety as well as increase # of items.

One a week has really helped me to keep on track. No one polices me, but I don't want to miss even one week!

One more thing, my views so far for 2012 is more than I had gotten all of 2011 (started listing in June). Now, if I can just get sales up!
