Hello everyone. I just opened my store in October and the shelves are looking a little bare. I joined this team because I believe it will keep me inspired to keep a regular work schedule. I want to remain true to my original intent and that is to create my own designs. Sometimes the desire to stock my store tempts me to just work something up and post it. I don't want to forget the reason I opened my store in the first place.

I am excited to try this as well. I've already got a plan for the year and cannot wait until the ball drops to start! I can't wait to see everyone else's projects and achievements this coming year, also. Keep inspired!

I opened my shop yesterday and feel excited and nervous in equal measure about this new venture. By making this public commitment to add at least one item a week to my shop I'm hoping to get past that initial feeling of "everybody is better than me/nobody will like my stuff". You guys are so great!!! I just posted a new topic where I give a few ideas as we gear up for this challenge! take a look! I'm so excited to see your shops grow and develop! I'm nervous too but excited! 52 items seems daunting but I'm also really jazzed about it!

For those of you who just opened- check out the seller tutorials/critiques! I find those really helpful and inspiring. my shop needs a lot of work as well but that's exactly why I think this challenge will be so great! Thank you for joining the team! I'm so excited to see how many people there are so far!!! In less than 24 hours!!!!

I am excited to challenge myself this coming year. I think this is going to be a great way to help me stay committed to expanding my inventory consistently. I just opened my shop on the 4th and I have had the same thinking as RihannsuCrafts. Everybody has just amazing stuff how could I compare. I think this challenge will be helpful, especially for me as it will push me to think, plan and create every day.

I accept the challenge!! It seems that I can't get out of the 30's in my shop. so I will try very hard, which means a loooooot of sewing. and searching for that different fabric, so that I can make that one of a kind apron. let's see where I am by march:)

This is a fabulous challenge. I've been open less than a year, and I think I'm at my maximum listing amount right now which is a bit sad. I always have a project going, but I hope this will force me to be better about listing in a timely manner. I'd love to get some feedback from other crafters as well.

Hi all,

I'm excited by a challenge to get out there and take at least one new photo each week! These last few months have been a flurry of getting my previous work ready for sale and exhibition for the first time so I haven't given my camera any exercise in ages!

If anyone has any advice on how to market their shop or get their name out there I would love to hear about it because I've only been selling my photos for a couple of months now. I'm completely new to advertising myself and my work and would love some tips.

Hi I'm Yvonne and I'm from the UK. I'm a single mom with two boys aged 5 and 4. I'm a soapmaker and I'm trying to get my business off the ground.

Like everyone else here I am trying to keep up with putting things in my store. Ideas are in my head all the time but I rarely have time to put them o fabric.
This will really be a good thing because I don't want 3 weeks to go buy and have nothing new to show. So I accept the challenge and welcome some input if you will.
