Hi, my name is Scott and I just joined your team.....

I have been selling antiques and vintage collectibles for a while but am new to etsy. I specialize in antique tools and restore many of the tools I sell. If I can be of help identifying your tools, send me a note.

I am located in Dunbar, PA, about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh. I am open to any advice from you seasoned etsy veterans as to how to increase interest and sales.

very nice, Thank You. I have a question. I have 2 yankee ratcheting screwdrivers up for sale in my shop and they haven't moved since I listed them... Lots of looks but no buyers. Any suggestions who might be interested in purchasing these?

Terri, those are in amazingly good condition and priced right, maybe even just a bit low. I just don't know if old tools sell on etsy, which is one of my concerns. The only sales I've had so far are for other vintage items.

right. I actually had them higher and brought the price down. Most wood working people have their own tools and for those that collect tools may not even know about etsy.... which is what I'm finding in my own area here in Boston.
On another note, I just sold an antique level last week. That took a while to move. It will probably sit on a shelf and not for it's intended purpose, but when you check out this link, you'll see why. It was beautiful. Here it is. I was selling it for 85.00 and there was a 20% off sale she took advantage of, so good for her! ;D
