Hi, I am the old timer in this group . Since the 1980's I have made custom look-alike dolls from Barbie and the Barbie style dolls that I sold pre computer and internet through a publication called Toy Shop. Sold I Love Lucy, Lilly Munster, Dream of Jeannie, Movie Stars even the Monkee's...Joan Jet I made and just heard on radio she is still performing. Gosh I had done so many even Frankenstein using a commercial doll Vanilla Ice and sculpting the head, paint ...I saw one of my I Dream of Jeannie Dolls on ebay a month or so ago and was so pleased she was called a custom collector doll by a large toy dealer with a high price......Had my moment of Fame and have left my footprint in the sands of time. I now sell many items folks can use for their customs and have so much to list I can't seem to find time to get all the fun goodies listed in my shop. Is there a place for us custom doll makers to show our work in pictures? bg

Hello everyone! I'm Christine, but my nickname is Darkness Nox and I'm the owner of Darkness Wonderland. I offer on my shop BJD faceups (as well as MH, EAH OOAK faceups). I also plan to make listings for custom wigs from brushed yarn for SD and MSD dolls. And I will sell made to order BJD armors made from high quality materials such as Worbla. I hope to find some wonderful customers (and maybe future friends too?) and make their dolls beautiful. As an artist with years of experience I always strive for the very best and would likely re-do until a doll is perfect. I work with big love and care on my dolls and would do the same (and more) for a client's doll too. I also hope to find wonderful friends, since in my country I'm the only faceup artist and BJD collector so far.
