An iPhone can take the pictures you need. What you want to look into is improving your lighting. Still, I think your pictures are pretty good. You might want to brighten them up in a photo editing software.
Treasuries help some, and don't help others. You are in a fairly high priced bracket, like I am, so I don't know that making treasuries will help. For me, my customers buy a wedding gown once, and don't return. At least, I hope they don't unless they need a hat or a vintage cocktail dress!
The higher priced items require us to go outside of Etsy to find customers. I don't rely on Etsyers to keep my shop running. I advertise outside of Etsy and bring them in to my shop.
The old Etsy, renewing was the way to get your item on top. Now, with SEO implemented, renewing is supposed to have limitations in how much it helps. I don't have any secrets on how to get your stuff on the first page of a search.
One thing I have tried is to search others' tags and write down the ones I don't use. Then, I alternate which tags I use on my dresses. Their first dress they look at might not be the one they fall in love with, but the second one, that has different tags, might be. My goal, with tags, is to get them into my shop. When I alternate tags, I get double the number of chances to catch someone's attention.
