It was my understanding that both buyers and sellers got feedback either good or bad, but someone told me yesterday that you don't give buyers feedback unless there is a problem (which there wasn't). My mistake. Thanks for the feedback.
I usually include a thank you note with each package. This allows me to provide them with any feedback personally if I need to. I have found most of the shoppers are great! But of course this is just my experience speaking.
