Just don't seem to be getting any views

Hi there. I have only had my shop open for a little while and although I am building my stock up slowly (to keep it in the newest listings) I just dont seem to be getting many views.

I keep checking the stats and have changed my tags to correspond with the views,etc.

Do you think its just because I only have a tiny stock at moment?

yes-- it is hard to get views if you have very few items. For me, though, I don't depend on Etsy to send me people, I network across the net and send them to my shop. Most of my views come from within Etsy, but many do not.

Just for the heck of it, I created a treasury...a silly one at that. For some odd reason, my traffic started to pick up, so I created another. Ever since I did that, my views have increased. Whether it's due to that I don't know but it might be worth a shot. I had fun making it too...I named the treasury "Stuff that makes me chuckle." I actually laughed out loud a few times, there are some really creative people on etsy.
