I'm doing a grand opening. Wait, how do I do it?

The "Grand Opening" of my daughter's shop is on February 1st. I am not really sure HOW to do a Grand Opening... I was just trying to make it one or two days where I advertise and LOTS of people come to shop.

Any suggestions on making it awesome? I've been handing out 10% off codes, to encourage people to buy, and people have been sharing our Facebook page.. I think we are up to almost 700 fans as of last night. So I think people are spreading the word but I just want to make sure it's not a flop.
