Is there a place where the sellers I purchase from can leave feedback about dealing with me?

Yes! Sellers give feedback as well as receive it.

Sue - did you leave your sellers feedback already? A lot of sellers (like me) never give out feedback to a buyer until they receive it. Its a safeguard against a newbie buyer throwing a neg at me for silly reasons, plus it reminds buyers to give feedback.

If you haven't already sent out feedback for those purchases you've made, do so and you should find you get it back ;-)

I've also wondered about this. I've made several purchases that I left feed back on - very positive feedback, I was and still am very happy with my purchases, but 2 out of 3 sellers never left any feed back for me.

I know, for me, I leave feedback in batches. It isn't the best way, I know, but it does save me some time. Others are new to the whole process of selling online and don't realize that it is good business to thank their customers with positive feedback.

Judy - that's a shame. I think its bad practise for a seller not to respond to feedback received. I do it straight away.....

I think I read somewhere that on Etsy you can only expect to ever get feedback on less than half of your transactions. My longest established store has had 233 sales and only 110 buyers have come back to me with feedback. They must have been happy with my items and service or I'm sure they would have let me know, but its just that they never seem to think about feedback.

That said, 110 positive feedbacks is enough to let any buyer know what to expect, so I'm happy with my 1-out-of-2 ratio. Sob-sob!

I almost always buy my supplies from sellers here on Etsy and I can't recall not getting feedback. However, my buyers rarely leave feedback. I guess no feedback is better than negative feedback.
