Looks like you're off to a great start! You already have 1 sale! Remember, Etsy is a marathon, not a sprint, so it may take several months to establish yourself as a seller.
It seems like you are already on top of #1 - add more items! The more you have, the better chance to be seen. The magic number of listings is rumored to be around 100, although some shops do well with less - but I've heard that as the exception, and not so much the rule :o)
Also, I would add some information to your descriptions - this is your opportunity to sell - what would you tell someone about your product if they were standing in front of you? How would you use your product? What would you wear your new hair clip with? Pretend someone has never heard about your item before and tell them all about it!
A third thing would be to work on your tags. You get 20 characters with each tag! Use them :o) 2-3 word phrases are best - flower hair clip; pink flower clip; festival hair clip.... that sort of thing.
