How to get more views and sales?

Hi Newbies:

I am also new here on Etsy.
My shop opened two months ago.
Util now,200 items,but just 7 sales.100 views everyday.
Here I just want to get a critique for my shop,how can I get more views and sales?
I also do something on the pinterst and facebook.

Here it is a small forum,I hope we can help each other to grow up!

Any help wil be highly appreciated!
