guys , I think many of you are missing the point, if you don't have a pinterest board devoted to your shop and what you sell.... what are you waiting for , that's a great way to advertise without spending a dime

i have been doing this pintterest thing and so far i have over 250 followers, i have become part of several group etsy boards dedicated to etsy , and then i just started following everyone in them , i have followed over 1.2k people we will see in my stats if it pays to put the effort in

I'd be interested to see how that works out Joseph because it's been slow going gaining followers for me. I've gotten about 20 in the last three weeks hoping that what I'm presenting will interest others but honestly I need to devote more time to it. I have lots of great ideas but am shortage of time between Etsy, IG and pinterest.

I guess the question will be if those followers click back to your etsy account or bring in asale. I've heard lots of great stats about Pinterest but I have yet to see any action from it.

well i have had some traffic from pinterest and have been repinned SOO many times, so its good for SEO to have so many links out there for the web crawler to digest , BTW love the new profile pic

I still haven't had time to do much with Pinterest but it's clear that pin exchanges and collaborative boards are the way to go! I've put in very little time with it but am now finally starting to gain a few new followers every day. This has the potential to be very powerful.
