Hello. I think if you worked your SEO and marketed to parties, you would do well. You don't need to use "()" as the potential buyer doing a search on Etsy will not use "()"
You can use a long TITLE like, for example: NEW Personalized silver monogram necklace, Women Jewelry, Modern, Gift, Jewelry, NECKLACE
Those are all good relevant phrases to use and remember to repeat the phrases from your title, in your tags. The more relevant phrases you use, the more chance you have of being seen in search :)
